Arrow Puzzle Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
Arrow Puzzle is a free, ad-supported puzzle game. This policy explains how we, the developers of Arrow Puzzle, and the services used by the app handle information when you play.
Game Data Stored on Your Device
You do not need an account or sign-in to play. The app stores your game progress and preferences locally on your device, including:
- Completed levels, stars, your current puzzle, and tutorial progress.
- Coins, hints, unlocked themes, and reward history.
- Daily challenge results and daily bonus streaks.
- Sound, music, vibration, and theme settings.
The game does not upload this saved progress to us. It does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise location. The current version has no in-app purchases or separate analytics or crash reporting service operated by us.
Advertising and Third-Party Services
Arrow Puzzle uses Google AdMob to display ads between levels and optional rewarded ads. Google's advertising SDK collects and shares information to deliver and measure ads, analyze performance, and prevent fraud. This may include:
- Your IP address, which can be used to estimate your approximate location.
- Advertising IDs, app set IDs, and other device or account identifiers where applicable.
- Device and app information, and interactions such as app launches, ad views, and taps.
- Diagnostics about app and advertising SDK performance.
Google's handling of this information, including retention and privacy controls, is described in its policies:
- Google Privacy Policy
- How Google uses information from apps that use its services
- Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosures
Your Advertising Choices
The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to check whether a consent form is required and present it before requesting ads when required. When available, you can review or change your choices through Settings → Ad privacy choices.
You can also manage, reset, or delete your advertising ID through your Android device's advertising privacy settings. Available controls vary by device and operating system. Limiting personalized advertising does not necessarily stop ads or the processing needed for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.
Permissions
The app uses internet access for advertising and consent services, and vibration for gameplay feedback. You can turn vibration off in the game's settings. Google's advertising SDK may also use network-state and advertising-related permissions to provide its services.
Retention and Deletion
Saved game data remains on your device until it is removed. To remove the app's local data, clear its storage through your device settings or uninstall the app. Any device or cloud backups are managed separately through your platform's backup settings.
Settings → Reset progress clears campaign progress and the current puzzle, but keeps coins, hints, unlocked themes, daily challenge results, reward history, and preferences. It does not delete data held by Google. For that information, use the controls described in Google's policies above.
Contacting Us
If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include, and use it to respond to your request. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information. You can contact us to ask about information you have provided or request its deletion.
Security
We take reasonable care to protect information handled by the app. No method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children's Privacy
Arrow Puzzle is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and delete that information as appropriate.
Links to Other Sites
Ads and links may open third-party websites or services. Their information practices are governed by their own privacy policies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the app or its services change. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the date above.
