BlurPhoto is an iPhone app to blur parts of a photo and hide private details before you share it. Cover faces, car number plates, addresses, screens, ID cards, documents and strangers with a brush. Then save or share your photo with no worries. The app can also find faces and text in your photo and suggest what to hide.

Blur or remove the background

Blur the background behind a person to make a nice portrait. Or remove the background in a few taps. This works well for profile pictures and product photos. To hide details, choose soft blur, mosaic, pixel blur, frosted blur, a black box or emoji blur. Change the brush size, softness and strength. Zoom in for small details, erase mistakes, and compare the photo before and after.

Your photos stay on your phone

BlurPhoto edits your photos on your iPhone. You don't need an account, and the app doesn't upload your photos to the cloud. Add a photo from Photos, the camera or the clipboard, or open it from the Photos share button. The app saves your photo at full size and removes location data by default. BlurPhoto is free to download, and some extra tools need BlurPhoto Pro.

BlurPhoto Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when your purchase is confirmed. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings.
